Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Sagemont (Weston, FL) and the visiting Grayson Rams (Loganville, GA), saw Sagemont's basketball squad hold off Grayson by a count of 65-59.

With the victory, Sagemont upgrades its record to 13-1 on the campaign. The travel to Alexander (Douglasville, GA) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 6. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 10-2. Alexander won 60-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Etowah (Woodstock, GA)

Next up, the Rams play the Brookwood Broncos (Snellville, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 4 challenge, on Friday, January 6. Grayson will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Broncos come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 62-59 non-league win over North Gwinnett (Suwanee, GA).
