The Haverhill Hillies basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the visiting Groton-Dunstable Crusaders to 40 in the Hillies non-league victory on Thursday.

The Hillies now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Central Catholic for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Haverhill will battle a Raiders team coming off a 63-58 league win over North Andover (North Andover, MA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-0.

The Crusaders (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Littleton (Littleton, MA). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Littleton was defeated by Gardner (Gardner, MA), 45-35, in a league contest.
