The Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS basketball team (San Mateo, CA), was nudged 46-45 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Jefferson Grizzlies (Daly City, CA)

The Grizzlies now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Burlingame for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 4. Jefferson will battle a Panthers team coming off a 89-32 non-league win over Wallenberg (San Francisco, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-2.

The FIGHTING KNIGHTS (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against San Marin (Novato, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, San Marin edged San Domenico (San Anselmo, CA), 64-39, in a non-league battle.
