The Owensboro Red Devils (Owensboro, KY) basketball crushed the host McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY), 76-54 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Red Devils (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Breckinridge County (Harned, KY). The Fighting Tigers go into the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Breckinridge County was trounced by Caverna (Horse Cave, KY), 71-56, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Dawson Springs for a non-league test on Friday, December 30. McLean County will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 69-63 non-league loss to Union County (Morganfield, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 5-9.
