The Mitchell Bluejackets topped the visiting North Vermillion Falcons basketball team by a final score of 62-43 in Thursday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Bluejackets face the South Central Rebels (Elizabeth, IN) in a non-league game, on Saturday, January 7. Mitchell will attempt to move on its 3-9 season record.
With the defeat, North Vermillion moves to 0-11 on the year. The Falcons host Attica (Attica, IN) to face the Red Ramblers in a Wabash River game on Friday, January 6. The Red Ramblers enter the game with a record of 0-8. Attica lost 53-12 in their recent non-league game against Tri-Township (LaCrosse, IN)
