Mount Anthony Patriots (Bennington, VT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting North Warren Central Cougars (Chestertown, NY), 98-54 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mount Anthony upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Patriots host Pittsfield (Pittsfield, MA) to clash with the Generals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Generals go into the bout with a record of 4-2. Pittsfield won 50-37 in their recent league bout against Amherst-Pelham Regional (Amherst, MA)
Next up, the Cougars clash with the Chatham Panthers (Chatham, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 31. North Warren Central will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
