The Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties (Woonsocket, RI), 62-34 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bears (4-8) will now prepare for their test against Harriton (Rosemont, PA). The Rams go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Harriton was trounced by Penncrest (Media, PA), 48-43, in a league test.
The Mounties now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Paul Cuffee for a Division 3 test on Tuesday, January 3. Mount St. Charles Academy will encounter a squad coming off a 67-46 league loss to Blackstone Valley Prep (Cumberland, RI). The record now stands at 0-1.
