The North Hunterdon Lions basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Princeton Tigers to 48 in the Lions non-league victory on Thursday.

The Lions now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bound Brook for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. North Hunterdon will battle a Crusaders team coming off a 60-57 non-league win over Middlesex (Middlesex, NJ). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-0.

The Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their contest against Nottingham (Hamilton, NJ). The Northstars come into the Colonial Valley contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Nottingham prevailed over Pitman (Pitman, NJ), 61-49, in a non-league contest.
