Arkansas High School Basketball - White Hall can't hold off Silsbee

The Silsbee Tigers basketball team scored 84 points and held the host White Hall Bulldogs to 80 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vidor for a 4A Region III District 19 contest on Tuesday, January 3. Silsbee will battle a Pirates team coming off a 65-62 non-league loss to Coldspring-Oakhurst (Coldspring, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 15-9.
The Bulldogs (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Benton (Benton, AR). The Panthers enter the 5A South contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Benton nudged Arkansas (Texarkana, AR), 79-33, in a league contest.
