In Thursday's non-league outing, the Westbrook Blue Blazes (Westbrook, ME) basketball squad beat the visiting Yarmouth Clippers (Yarmouth, ME), by a count of 57-42.
The Blue Blazes (6-1) will now prepare for their outing against Biddeford (Biddeford, ME). The Tigers go into the A South outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Biddeford defeated Morse (Bath, ME), 63-47, in a league outing.
The Clippers now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Wells for a B South outing on Tuesday, January 3.
