The American Eagles (Fremont, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Alhambra Bulldogs (Martinez, CA), 55-39 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Eagles (8-4) will now prepare for their test against James Logan (Union City, CA). The Colts go into the test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, James Logan went down by Moreau Catholic (Hayward, CA), 79-54, in a league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 1-10 record. They play next when they travel to California for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 4. Alhambra will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 54-47 non-league loss to Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-8.
