King/Drew Golden Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Arcadia Apaches (Arcadia, CA), 57-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, King/Drew upgrades its record to 6-9 on the season. The Golden Eagles travel to Marina (Huntington Beach, CA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Friday, December 30. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 10-7. Marina won 55-29 in their recent non-league bout against Woodrow Wilson (Long Beach, CA)

Next up, the Apaches play the Hoover Tornados (Glendale, CA) in a Pacific bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Arcadia will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Tornados go into the bout with a 0-9 record after their 73-6 league loss to Burbank (Burbank, CA).
