California High School Basketball - Great Oak nudges Beaumont

In Thursday's non-league outing, the Great Oak Wolfpack (Temecula, CA) basketball squad edged the visiting Beaumont Cougars (Beaumont, CA), by a margin of 38-31.

The Wolfpack (11-4) will now prepare for their outing against Esperanza (Anaheim, CA). The Aztecs go into the non-league outing with a 9-3 record. In their last outing, Esperanza held off Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA), 86-64, in a non-league outing.

The Cougars now own a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Vista Murrieta for a non-league outing on Friday, December 30. Beaumont will clash with a Broncos squad coming off a 86-64 non-league loss to Esperanza (Anaheim, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 10-3.
