Tennessee High School Basketball - Beech overwhelmed by Gatlinburg-Pittman

The Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Beech Buccaneers to 27 in the Highlanders non-league victory on Thursday.

The Highlanders now sport a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alcoa for a non-league contest on Friday, January 6.

The Buccaneers (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Community (Unionville, TN). The Vikings/Viqueens come into the non-league contest with a 10-4 record. In their last contest, Community was routed by Creek Wood (Charlotte, TN), 58-46, in a non-league contest.
