Texas High School Basketball - Benjamin trounces Prairie Valley

The Benjamin Mustangs (Benjamin, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Prairie Valley Bulldogs (Nocona, TX), 66-36 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Crowell (Crowell, TX). The Wildcats go into the 1A Region II District 16 test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Crowell was trounced by Paducah (Paducah, TX), 46-31, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Electra for a non-league test on Friday, December 30. Prairie Valley will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 68-38 league loss to Harrold (Harrold, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 1-7.
