The St. Augustine Yellow Jackets basketball squad scored 48 points and limited the visiting Bradford Tornadoes to 43 in the Yellow Jackets non-league win on Thursday.

With the win, St. Augustine upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host Ferguson (Miami, FL) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league bout on Friday, December 30. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 10-2. Ferguson lost 46-23 in their recent non-league bout against Menendez (St. Augustine, FL)

Next up, the Tornadoes clash with the Fleming Island Golden Eagles (Orange Park, FL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Bradford will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 70-40 non-league loss to Baker County (Glen St. Mary, FL).
