Lathrop Malemutes (Fairbanks, AK) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas Falcons (Henderson, NV), 51-20 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lathrop upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Malemutes host Shadow Hills (Indio, CA) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-10. Shadow Hills lost 46-39 in their recent non-league bout against Torrance (Torrance, CA)

Next up, the Falcons play the Southeast Career Tech Roadrunners (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 30. Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record. The Roadrunners go into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 54-14 non-league loss to Shadow Hills (Indio, CA).
