Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Hart County Bulldogs (Hartwell, GA) and the visiting Wade Hampton Generals (Greenville, SC), saw Hart County's basketball squad hold off Wade Hampton by a count of 64-60.
With the victory, Hart County improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host T.L. Hanna (Anderson, SC) to confront the Yellow Jackets in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 3. The Yellow Jackets come into the battle with a record of 7-6. T.L. Hanna won 56-53 in their recent non-league battle against Riverside (Leesburg, VA)
The Generals (6-4) will now prepare for their battle against Greer (Greer, SC). The Yellow Jackets come into the AAAA Region 2 battle with a 9-4 record.
