The Howard Tigers basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Lyman Raiders to 31 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Tigers now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Menno for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Howard will battle a Wolves team coming off a 70-17 non-league loss to Wagner (Wagner, SD). The Wolves record now stands at 0-5.

The Raiders (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Sully Buttes (Onida, SD). The Chargers come into the B Region 6 contest with a 2-0 record.
