Tennessee High School Basketball - Jefferson knocked off by Lincoln County

The Lincoln County Falcons basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Jefferson Dragons to 40 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Falcons now sport a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cascade for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Lincoln County will meet a Champions team coming off a 55-29 non-league loss to Lincoln County (Fayetteville, TN). The Champions record now stands at 1-9.

The Dragons (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Eastside (Covington, GA). The Eagles enter the AAAAA Region 8 contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Eastside was defeated by Morgan County (Madison, GA), 50-40, in a non-league contest.
