The South Garner Titans basketball team (Garner, NC), was overwhelmed 61-32 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Jordan Falcons (Durham, NC)
The Falcons now possess a 3-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverside-Durham for a 4A Conference 30 battle on Wednesday, January 4. Jordan will confront a Pirates team coming off a 27-22 non-league loss to Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 2-9.
The Titans (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Corinth Holders (Wendell, NC). The Pirates come into the 4A Conference 26 battle with a 12-0 record. In their last battle, Corinth Holders trounced Knightdale (Knightdale, NC), 45-40, in a non-league battle.
