In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Slidell Tigers soccer squad scored a close 7-1 triumph over the Beau Chene Gators.
The Tigers (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against West Ouachita (West Monroe, LA). The Chiefs come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record.
The Gators (7-3) will now prepare for their battle against New Iberia (New Iberia, LA). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, New Iberia nudged Erath (Erath, LA), 6-0, in a non-league battle.
