In Thursday's non-league outing, the Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs (Raleigh, NC) basketball squad edged the visiting Broughton Capitals (Raleigh, NC), by a count of 43-37.
The Bulldogs (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Willow Spring (Fuquay-Varina, NC). The Storm go into the outing with a 7-5 record. In their last outing, Willow Spring was tipped by Richmond (Rockingham, NC), 65-26, in a non-league outing.
The Capitals now hold a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Leesville Road for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 4. Broughton will clash with a Pride squad coming off a 65-35 non-league win over Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC). The Pride record now stands at 8-1.
