The Holy Ghost Prep Firebirds basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Neshaminy Redskins to 39 in the Firebirds non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Firebirds now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bristol for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Holy Ghost Prep will meet a Warriors team coming off a 51-41 league win over Renaissance Academy (Phoenixville, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.

The Redskins (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Central Bucks South (Warrington, PA). The Titans enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
