The Anacoco Indians basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Many Tigers to 26 in the Indians non-league victory on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 21-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leesville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 2. Anacoco will battle a Wampus Cats team coming off a 67-21 non-league loss to Pineville (Pineville, LA). The Wampus Cats record now stands at 9-7.
The Tigers (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Loyola College Prep (Shreveport, LA). The Flyers come into the non-league contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Loyola College Prep was routed by Ringgold (Ringgold, LA), 61-48, in a non-league contest.
