South Carolina High School Basketball - Andrew Jackson winner over Anson

In Friday's non-league outing, the Andrew Jackson Volunteers (Kershaw, SC) basketball squad felled the visiting Anson Bearcats (Wadesboro, NC), by a margin of 68-54.

The Volunteers (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Marlboro County (Bennettsville, SC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Marlboro County thwarted Columbia (Columbia, SC), 53-42, in a non-league outing.

The Bearcats now own a 7-3 record. They play next when they travel to Columbia for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 30. Anson will encounter a Capitals squad coming off a 53-42 non-league loss to Marlboro County (Bennettsville, SC). The Capitals record now stands at 2-9.
