In Friday's non-league outing, the Bluffton Tigers (Bluffton, IN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Elwood Panthers (Elwood, IN), by a count of 49-19.
The Tigers (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Woodlan (Woodburn, IN). The Warriors go into the Allen County outing with a 5-5 record. In their last outing, Woodlan was crushed by Wayne Trace (Haviland, OH), 57-53, in a non-league outing.
The Panthers now hold a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lapel for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 2. Elwood will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 58-52 non-league win over Muncie Central (Muncie, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-4.
