The Coffee County Central Red Raiders (Manchester, TN) basketball nipped the host Caverna Colonels (Horse Cave, KY), 56-53 in Friday's non-league test.
The Red Raiders (8-8) will now prepare for their test against Franklin County (Winchester, TN). The Rebels go into the non-league test with a 5-9 record. In their last test, Franklin County was tipped by Hazel Green (Hazel Green, AL), 77-48, in a non-league test.
The Colonels now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to John Hardin for a non-league test on Friday, January 5. Caverna will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 99-59 league loss to Central Hardin (Cecilia, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-13.
