The Central Wildcats basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Episcopal Knights to 36 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glen Oaks for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9.

The Knights (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Denham Springs (Denham Springs, LA). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league contest with a 16-3 record. In their last contest, Denham Springs ran past Neville (Monroe, LA), 63-56, in a non-league contest.
