Minnesota High School Basketball - Prior Lake knocked off by Champlin Park

The Champlin Park Rebels basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Prior Lake Lakers to 70 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Friday.
The Rebels now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maple Grove for a AAAA Section 5 contest on Thursday, January 4. Champlin Park will battle a Crimson team coming off a 55-46 non-league loss to Forest Lake (Forest Lake, MN). The Crimson record now stands at 4-5.
The Lakers (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Brainerd (Brainerd, MN). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Brainerd was defeated by St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN), 71-59, in a league contest.
