Nebraska High School Basketball - Chase County crushes Gordon-Rushville

Chase County Longhorns (Imperial, NE) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Gordon-Rushville Mustangs (Gordon, NE), 76-12 in a league bout.

With the victory, Chase County upgrades its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Longhorns travel to Sidney (Sidney, NE) to play the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 30. The Red Raiders come into the bout with a record of 9-0. Sidney won 58-21 in their recent non-league bout against Lexington (Lexington, NE)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Mitchell Tigers (Mitchell, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Gordon-Rushville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 68-34 non-league win over Bayard (Bayard, NE).
