Minnesota High School Basketball - Park Center over Cherry

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Park Center Pirates (Brooklyn Park, MN) and the host Cherry Tigers (Iron, MN), saw Park Center's basketball squad overcome Cherry by a tally of 92-73.

With the victory, Park Center improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Pirates host Moorhead (Moorhead, MN) to confront the Spuds in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Spuds come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Moorhead won 90-81 in their recent non-league challenge against Roseville (Roseville, MN)

Next up, the Tigers confront the Carlton/Wrenshall (Carlton, MN) in a A Section 7 challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Cherry will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The come into the challenge with a 6-1 record after their 76-39 league win over McGregor (McGregor, MN).
