Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the King's Fork Bulldogs (Suffolk, VA) and the visiting Churchland Truckers (Portsmouth, VA), saw King's Fork's basketball squad wallop Churchland by a tally of 87-61.

With the victory, King's Fork improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA) to confront the Bruins in a Southeastern challenge on Friday, January 5. The Bruins come into the challenge with a record of 8-0. Western Branch won 83-70 in their recent non-league challenge against Godwin (Richmond, VA)

Next up, the Truckers confront the Kecoughtan Warriors (Hampton, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 30. Churchland will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 59-55 non-league loss to Norcom (Portsmouth, VA).
