The Cranston West Falcons basketball team scored 50 points and held the host Cranston East Thunderbolts to 36 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lincoln for a Division 2 contest on Friday, January 5.

The Thunderbolts (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI). The Skippers enter the Division 1 contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, North Kingstown ran past Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI), 60-54, in a league contest.
