The Buckaroos come into the challenge with a record of 5-6. Smackover won 72-55 in their recent non-league challenge against West Side Christian (El Dorado, AR)

Next up, the Rams play the Searcy Lions (Searcy, AR) in a 5A East challenge, on Friday, January 5. Paragould will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 8-7 record after their 75-58 non-league win over Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, AR).
