In their next game, the Eagles face the Chanhassen Storm (Chanhassen, MN) in a AAAA Section 2 game, on Wednesday, January 3. Eden Prairie will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Storm enter the game with a 2-5 record after their 82-52 non-league loss to Lakeville North (Lakeville, MN).

With the defeat, Eastview moves to 1-6 on the year. The Lightning travel to Burnsville (Burnsville, MN) to face the Blaze in a AAAA Section 3 game on Friday, January 5. The Blaze enter the game with a record of 1-6.
