The Grand Haven Buccaneers basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Ludington Orioles to 46 in the Buccaneers non-league victory on Friday.

The Buccaneers now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hudsonville for a Ottawa-Kent - Red contest on Friday, January 5. Grand Haven will battle a Eagles team coming off a 62-42 non-league win over Holt (Holt, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 5-2.

The Orioles (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Whitehall (Whitehall, MI). The Vikings come into the Western Michigan Lakes - Lakes contest with a 8-0 record. In their last contest, Whitehall prevailed over Fruitport (Fruitport, MI), 72-43, in a non-league contest.
