The Lisa Academy Jaguars basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the visiting Guy-Perkins Thunderbirds to 42 in the Jaguars non-league victory on Friday.

The Jaguars now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clinton for a 4A Region 5 contest on Tuesday, January 2. Lisa Academy will battle a Yellowjackets team coming off a 57-55 non-league win over Bergman (Bergman, AR). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 9-6.

The Thunderbirds (1-13) will now prepare for their contest against Arkansas School for the Deaf (Little Rock, AR). The Leopards come into the 1A Region 4 contest with a 2-11 record. In their last contest, Arkansas School for the Deaf was routed by Wonderview (Hattieville, AR), 68-29, in a league contest.
