In Friday's non-league outing, the Harrison Hoyas (Kennesaw, GA) basketball squad beat the host Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA), by a margin of 56-48.
The Hoyas (10-3) will now prepare for their outing against Central (Carrollton, GA). The Lions go into the non-league outing with a 12-0 record. In their last outing, Central defeated East Paulding (Dallas, GA), 51-49, in a non-league outing.
The Blue Devils now own a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to North Paulding for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 30. Model will clash with a Wolfpack squad coming off a 75-62 non-league loss to Unity Christian (Rome, GA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 3-11.
