In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Walthill Blujays basketball team scored a good 74-57 triumph over the High Plains Storm.
In their next game, the Blujays meet the Wakefield Trojans (Wakefield, NE) in a non-league match, on Friday, January 5. Walthill will attempt to better on its 9-0 season record.
With the defeat, High Plains moves to 6-3 on the year. The Storm host Hampton (Hampton, NE) to meet the Hawks in a D2 District 3 match on Thursday, January 4. The Hawks enter the match with a record of 4-6. Hampton won 55-39 in their recent non-league match against Harvard (Harvard, NE)
