The Mountain View Bruins (Orem, UT) basketball knocked off the host Hillcrest Huskies (Midvale, UT), 45-37 in Friday's non-league test.

The Bruins (7-5) will now prepare for their test against Skyline (Salt Lake City, UT). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Skyline went down by Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT), 56-48, in a non-league test.

The Huskies now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to West for a non-league test on Saturday, December 30. Hillcrest will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 52-44 non-league loss to Taylorsville (Taylorsville, UT). The Panthers record now stands at 3-4.
