The Immaculate Conception Lions (Montclair, NJ) basketball nipped the visiting Ramapo Raiders (Franklin Lakes, NJ), 56-51 in Friday's non-league test.

The Lions (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Don Bosco Prep (Ramsey, NJ). The Ironmen go into the non-league test with a 5-2 record. In their last test, Don Bosco Prep got by Cardinal Hayes (Bronx, NY), 68-49, in a non-league test.

The Raiders now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to St. Peter's Prep for a non-league test on Monday, January 1. Ramapo will encounter a Marauders squad coming off a 70-67 non-league win over Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic (Drexel Hill, PA). The Marauders record now stands at 5-0.
