In Friday's non-league outing, the Northridge Raiders (Middlebury, IN) basketball squad edged the visiting La Porte Slicers (La Porte, IN), by a margin of 66-60.

The Raiders (10-1) will now prepare for their outing against Warsaw (Warsaw, IN). The Tigers go into the Northern Lakes outing with a 6-2 record. In their last outing, Warsaw held off Harrison (West Lafayette, IN), 67-65, in a non-league outing.

The Slicers now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lowell for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 2. La Porte will clash with a Red Devils squad coming off a 83-38 non-league loss to Fort Wayne Bishop Luers (Fort Wayne, IN). The Red Devils record now stands at 2-7.
