In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Lake View Chiefs basketball team scored a good 65-51 triumph over the Midland Classical Academy Knights.

In their next game, the Chiefs meet the Crane Cranes (Crane, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 30. Lake View will attempt to better on its 7-14 season record.

With the defeat, Midland Classical Academy moves to 1-14 on the year. The Knights travel to Plainview (Plainview, TX) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, December 30. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 11-7. Plainview won 42-41 in their recent non-league match against Cathedral (El Paso, TX)
