The Lawrence Academy Warriors tipped the visiting Nandua Warriors basketball team by a final score of 70-67 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Warriors face the Northeast Academy Eagles (Lasker, NC) in a NCISAA Tarheel game, on Wednesday, January 3. Lawrence Academy will attempt to move on its 8-4 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 1-8 record after their 71-23 non-league loss to New Life Christian Academy (Rocky Mount, NC).

Next up, the Warriors play the Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Nandua will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
