The South Cameron Tarpons basketball team (Creole, LA), was overwhelmed 61-34 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Simpson Broncos (Simpson, LA)
The Broncos now possess a 8-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Iota for a non-league battle on Friday, December 29. Simpson will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 65-54 non-league loss to Sacred Heart (Ville Platte, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-3.
The Tarpons (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Johnson Bayou (Cameron, LA). The Rebels come into the C District 4 battle with a 0-15 record. In their last battle, Johnson Bayou was overwhelmed by Iota (Iota, LA), 67-31, in a non-league battle.
