Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Royal Highlanders (Simi Valley, CA), 53-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Crescenta Valley upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Falcons host Pasadena (Pasadena, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Highlanders play the Oak Park Eagles (Oak Park, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 5. Royal will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record.
