With the victory, Orcutt Academy upgrades its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Paso Robles (Paso Robles, CA) to play the Bearcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 3. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a record of 9-3. Paso Robles won 54-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Soledad (Soledad, CA)

Next up, the Miners play the Redwood Rangers (Visalia, CA) in a East Yosemite challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. El Diamante will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record.
