Texas High School Basketball - Lake Belton can't hold off Episcopal

The Episcopal Knights basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Lake Belton Broncos to 43 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5.
The Broncos (14-9) will now prepare for their contest against Waco (Waco, TX). The Lions enter the 5A Region III District 22 contest with a 9-7 record. In their last contest, Waco nudged Denton (Denton, TX), 43-30, in a non-league contest.
