The Johnson Central Golden Eagles (Paintsville, KY) basketball knocked off the host Perry County Central Commodores (Hazard, KY), 70-57 in Friday's non-league test.
The Golden Eagles (10-0) will now prepare for their test against Morgan County (West Liberty, KY). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Morgan County notched a victory over Lewis County (Vanceburg, KY), 65-43, in a non-league test.
